High Cholesterol/ Hyperlipidemia

High cholesterol and/or lipids are very common and are related to environmental and lifestyle issues such as diet and exercise. However, sometimes these conditions can occur in families as an inherited disease.

Symptoms

• High blood levels of cholesterol and/or lipids
• Fatty deposits in the skin or eyes

• Family history of high cholesterol or lipids
