  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE Aetna HEALTH INSURANCE

  OR

  YOU WANT/NEED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES WITHOUT USING HEALTH INSURANCE

• You need to pay $375.00 for your initial genetic counseling telephone consult, and
• You will enter your credit card information before you schedule an appointment through our secure online scheduling tool.
• $375.00 will be billed to your credit card before your scheduled appointment.
